Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers to work as flex houseparents for a small group of students in a supportive family-like environment. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including smoke-free and weapon-free policies, limitations on pets, and no alcohol while on duty; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
