Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers. In this role, couples act as flex houseparents in on-campus student homes, offering guidance and support to 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds to create a nurturing family-like environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and attend Sunday chapel services; comfortable in a smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free environment; must abide by pet restrictions
