Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing support and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in an on-campus family-like environment. The school covers all costs for students pre-K through 12th grade, offering a comprehensive education and essential amenities. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in fostering structure, care, and a nurturing environment for students.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services; no alcohol permitted while on duty; adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; limitations on pets; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
