Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: The Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers to serve as flex houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This unique private school offers students in pre-K through 12th grade a comprehensive career-focused education, including housing, meals, and full financial coverage.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus rules including smoke-free, weapon-free environment, and no alcohol on duty; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved breed dog allowed; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
