Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers to serve as flex houseparents for underserved youth in a nurturing environment. This unique opportunity involves guiding 8-12 students to provide a family-like atmosphere, including responsibilities like transportation and medication administration. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students.
