Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a specialized education and living arrangements to students from pre-K through 12th grade who come from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school is fully funded, ensuring students and staff have the necessary support to succeed. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, nurturing and guiding groups of students within on-campus homes.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served backgrounds; Legal marriage for at least two years; Both spouses aged 27 or older; High school diploma or GED; Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs; Demonstrated integrity as role models for students
