Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering exceptional education and support to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides comprehensive care, including housing and meals, with all expenses covered. The school is fully endowed, ensuring a nurturing environment for both students and staff. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing guidance and support to students in a family-like setting on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including smoke-free policy and limitations on pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity and serve as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
