Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering career-focused education and full support to pre-K through 12th-grade students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school is fully endowed by Milton and Catherine Hershey, providing resources for student and staff success. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on campus to guide and nurture a small group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; candidates must demonstrate integrity and be role models for students; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; adhere to campus policies on smoking, weapons, alcohol, and pets; couples must complete individual employment applications
