Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers in a unique family-like setting to provide nurturing and guidance to students from pre-K through 12th grade. This private school offers a career-focused education, including housing, meals, and comprehensive support, fully funded by the school’s endowment established by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy compliance; no more than three dependent children in student home; limitations on pets – fish and one approved breed dog only
