Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, offering career-focused education and support to students in pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and care to a small group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in underserved communities; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be 27 years or older; no more than three dependent children allowed in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limitations on pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate high integrity and serve as role models for students; both spouses must submit individual employment applications.
