Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers to provide guidance and support to a group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering a family-like environment and assisting in daily activities with relocation assistance provided.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; minimum age 27; legally married for at least two years; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment application by both spouses
