Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is a renowned private school providing exceptional career-focused education and full support including housing and meals to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school was founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, fully endowed to ensure student and staff well-being and success. They are currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, nurturing and guiding 8-12 students in an on-campus family-like setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples who have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
