Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private institution offering education to students from pre-K through 12th grade coming from underprivileged backgrounds. Married couples are sought to serve as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes, and providing guidance and structure for groups of 8-12 students, creating a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; two-person job for legally married couples with a minimum of two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; exhibit high integrity and serve as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
