Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are sought to serve as flex houseparents, fostering a family-like environment for 8-12 students in on-campus residences.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legal marriage of at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED required; strong integrity and role model qualities for students; both spouses to complete individual employment applications.
