Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private school providing exceptional education and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, from pre-K through 12th grade. The school offers housing, meals, and comprehensive services at no cost to the students. Married couples are sought to serve as Flex Houseparents, creating a family-like environment for groups of 8-12 students on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; Must be a legally married couple for at least two years; Both spouses must be 27 years or older; High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; No alcohol permitted on duty; Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; Limited pets – only fish and one approved dog breed allowed; Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
