Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers. In this unique role, couples provide a nurturing and family-like environment for disadvantaged youth in on-campus student homes, guiding them in their development and daily tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; smoke, alcohol, and weapon-free campus policy adherence; no more than three dependent children in the student home; integrity and good role model qualities; completion of individual employment application by both spouses
