Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: The Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. The Flex Houseparents role involves living in on-campus student homes, overseeing a small group of 8-12 students, and providing essential care and support in a family-like setting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served communities; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be 27 years or older; limit of three dependent children in the student home; adhere to campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in devotions and chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate integrity and serve as a role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
