Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Residential Youth Caregiver position involves married couples residing on-campus to guide and nurture groups of 8-12 students, offering a unique opportunity to positively impact students’ lives in a supportive community setting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment, no alcohol on duty, limitations on pets, leading students in daily devotions, and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
