Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers to provide a stable and family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Residential Youth Caregivers, married couples live and work in on-campus homes, guiding and nurturing groups of students and taking on responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
