Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking married couples to work as Residential Youth Caregivers on their campus in Hershey, PA. This unique opportunity involves providing nurturing support and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no more than three dependent children in the student home; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved breed of dog allowed; all staff are role models for students and must demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
