Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: The Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking dedicated Residential Youth Caregivers. This unique position involves married couples residing on-campus, providing guidance and support to students from underserved backgrounds in a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; This is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; Both spouses should be age 27 or older; High school diploma or GED required; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
