Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Residential Youth Caregiver role at Milton Hershey School involves married couples living on campus to provide guidance and a nurturing environment for a group of 8-12 students, fostering a family-like structure and ensuring their well-being and development.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
