Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to join as Residential Youth Caregivers. In this unique role, flex houseparents provide guidance and support to a group of students on campus, fostering a nurturing and family-like environment while handling various responsibilities such as medication administration and transportation.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and certification to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus adherence; no alcohol while on duty; limitations on pets; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students
