Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: The Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers to serve as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This unique private school offers a comprehensive career-focused education from pre-K through 12th grade, covering housing, meals, and more for students at no cost.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; complete an individual employment application
