Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; integrity and strong moral values to be positive role models for students.
Benefits: Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple including free housing and meals while on duty); comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings; relocation assistance and paid training provided; nine days on, three days off schedule with personal time during school hours; three-week paid summer vacation.
