Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents in student homes, providing a nurturing environment for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school covers all costs, including housing and meals, ensuring students and staff have everything they need to thrive.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; limited pets including fish and one approved dog; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; complete individual employment applications for both spouses
