Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you and your partner will provide a nurturing family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role involves overseeing daily activities, administering medication, and ensuring the well-being of students while living on campus. MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing students in on-campus homes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two-person job for couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the home; abide by campus rules including smoke-free, weapon-free environment and no alcohol while on duty; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; both spouses to complete individual employment application
