Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a prestigious private institution, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers. Married couples will serve as flex houseparents for groups of 8-12 students, creating a nurturing family-like environment on campus. This role involves providing guidance, administering medication, budgeting, and transportation while offering support to disadvantaged youth.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; capacity to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
