Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking Residential Youth Caregivers to provide guidance and support to groups of 8-12 students in a family-like setting on campus in Hershey, PA. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to living a smoke-free and weapon-free campus lifestyle; must become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lead students in daily devotions and attend Sunday chapel services; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students.
