Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is seeking couples to act as flex houseparents, providing guidance and support for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school offers a comprehensive career-focused education from pre-K to 12th grade, covering all expenses for students and staff to thrive in a nurturing environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
