Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is currently seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing nurturing guidance to groups of 8-12 students in on-campus student homes.
Requirements: Legally married for at least two years; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; valid driver’s license; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
