Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school offers an exceptional career-focused education from pre-K through 12th grade, with all costs covered, including housing and meals.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth preferred; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable with leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including smoke-free and weapon-free policies; only fish and one approved breed of dog allowed as pets; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
