Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private school providing exceptional career-focused education and comprehensive support to students from pre-K through 12th grade. The school, founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, offers housing, meals, and full coverage of costs for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Currently, they are seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, nurturing and guiding a group of 8-12 students in a supportive and structured on-campus environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to lead students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
