Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private school providing exceptional career-focused education and comprehensive support to students from pre-K through 12th grade. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school offers fully endowed resources that ensure a thriving environment for both students and staff. The school is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on-campus to guide and nurture a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage experience; both spouses should be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
