Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers, known as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students. This private school in Hershey, PA, offers a comprehensive education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, covering all expenses for students and staff.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; This is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; Both spouses aged 27 or older; No more than three dependent children in the student home; Abide by campus rules including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; Limitations on pets with only approved breeds allowed; Valid driver’s license; Ability to become certified to drive student home vans; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; High school diploma or GED required; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; Demonstrate a high degree of integrity; Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
