Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This role involves providing a nurturing, family-like environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, ensuring their well-being and development within a structured living setting on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; Legal marriage for at least two years; Both spouses aged 27 or older; High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Valid driver’s license; Ability to become certified to drive student home vans; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; Demonstrated high integrity as a role model for students; Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
