Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) offers an exceptional career-focused education and support to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds, founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey. MHS is seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on campus to provide guidance and support to a small group of students while maintaining a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations; valid driver’s license; able to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity; both spouses must submit individual employment applications.
