Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers. Couples will act as flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to students from under-served backgrounds, ensuring a family-like environment and offering essential care and supervision. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; marriage of at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; limit of three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high integrity level as role models; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
