Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents. This unique role involves guiding and nurturing a group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds in an on-campus setting, providing a family-like structure and support for their personal development.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; both spouses must complete an individual employment application; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
