Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a prestigious private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Residential Youth Caregivers. This role involves guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in a family-like atmosphere on campus, providing essential support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment with limitations on pets; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity and serve as a role model for students.
