Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a comprehensive education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school is fully endowed, providing students and staff with all necessary resources for success. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing guidance and support to a small group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; abide by campus regulations including no alcohol on duty, limitations on pets, and student supervision responsibilities; possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
