Position: Residential Youth Caregiver – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school providing a career-focused education, housing, meals, and full financial coverage for students from disadvantaged backgrounds in pre-K through 12th grade. MHS, established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on campus to guide and nurture groups of students in a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; limit of three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus rules observed; only fish and one approved breed dog permitted as pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high integrity and role model behavior expected; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
