Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; detail-oriented and professional appearance; friendly, reliable, and trustworthy with previous cleaning experience preferred; effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to lift at least 25 lbs, climb small ladders and stairs, and work flexible hours; valid driver’s license, insurance, and English proficiency required; willingness to travel 75% of the time; pass drug test and background check with no previous criminal history
