Position: Resident Services Specialist

It just so happens that we have an exciting opportunity in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Brentwood for the position of Resident Services Specialist.
Requirements: One year leasing experience or sales/customer service; Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills; Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently; Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude; Strong time management skills; Solid communication skills; Experience using Rent Café, Yardi and CRM are preferred; Satisfactory drug test and background check
