Position: Resident Services Manager

Requirements: Bachelor degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required; 2 years’ experience in residential rental community or hospitality industry preferred; proficiency in property management operations and leadership; financial, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills; internet, Microsoft Office, word processing and spreadsheet skills; basic knowledge of Social Media and online presence; excellent communication and people skills
