Position: Resident Services Manager
About: GMH Communities, a dynamic real estate company specializing in exceptional living communities throughout the United States, is seeking a Resident Services Manager to support the efficient operation of their properties and provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements: Bachelor degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required; 2 years’ experience in residential rental community or hospitality industry preferred; proficiency in property management operations and leadership; financial, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills; internet, Microsoft Office, word processing and spreadsheet skills; basic knowledge of Social Media and online presence; excellent communication and people skills
