Position: Resident District Manager

The role involves managing multiple accounts and multi-site operations, overseeing financials, customer satisfaction, and leading a large food service staff.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in areas like food and nutrition, food service management, or related field; Minimum 10 years in the Food Service industry with 3-5 years as a Food Service Director; Previous P&L accountability of at least $9-12 million; Experience in managing multi-location salaried staff; Strong financial analysis and budget management skills; Proficiency in client account management, relationship building, and outsourced services contract management; Knowledge of food and catering trends, leadership, staff management, and communication skills; Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and internet; ServSafe certification; Background check and valid driver’s license with auto insurance
