Position: Resident Care Manager (RN)
About: The Resident Care Coordinator position involves collaborating with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop, and direct resident care services in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1 year of nursing experience; preferably 2 years of experience in a long-term care facility; experience in supervision and teaching principles; leadership and communication skills; critical thinking skills to address clinical issues; current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a licensed nurse in the state
