Position: Resident Care Manager (RN)
About: The Resident Care Coordinator plays an integral role in planning, organizing, developing, and directing resident care services in accordance with current standards and regulations. They collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure the overall functions of the nursing service department align with federal, state, and local guidelines.
Requirements: Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and interact effectively with various individuals. Education: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care facility; supervision and teaching experience; leadership and communication skills; critical thinking abilities. Licensing/Certifications: Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a licensed nurse in the state.
