Position: Resident Care Manager (RN)
About: The Resident Care Coordinator position involves collaborating with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop, and direct resident care services in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth functioning of nursing services.
Requirements: Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism; Ability to work effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and various agencies; Experience in nursing with a preference for at least 1 year in a long-term care facility; Skills in leadership, communication, and critical thinking; Current active license to practice as a licensed nurse in the respective state.
