Position: Resident Care Manager (RN)
About: The Resident Care Coordinator position is vital in collaborating with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop, and direct resident care services in compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
Requirements: Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism; deal tactfully with various stakeholders; work effectively with individuals in the facility; have proficiency in English for communication; possess a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care facility; experience in supervision and teaching principles; skills in leadership, communication, integrity, and critical thinking; hold a current, unencumbered, active license as a nurse in the state.
