Position: Resident Care Manager (RN)
About: The Resident Care Coordinator plays an integral role in collaborating with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop, and direct resident care services in accordance with current standards and regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably 2 years in a long-term care facility; experience in supervision and teaching principles; skills in leadership and communication; creativity, integrity, and initiative; critical thinking skills to address clinical issues; current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a licensed nurse in the state
